1. Pavilion welcome

By entering ZENTROX online you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to every purchase of HSN 1209 monsoon-season sowing seeds — vegetables, flowers, fruits, herbs, spices and forage packets made through our monsoon pavilion storefront.

2. Pavilion operator

The pavilion is operated by JAKIR HOSSAIN trading as ZENTROX, GSTIN: 27AIAPH7023G1ZM. Registered office: B-WING, 0120, EXPRESS ZONE MALL, NEXT TO PATEL VANIKA WE HIGHWAY, GOREGAON EAST, GOREGOAN EAST, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400083.

3. Seed catalogue & descriptions

We list curated sowing seed packets from the ZENTROX monsoon pavilion catalogue. Packet artwork may differ slightly from photographs. Germination outcomes depend on soil, rainfall pattern, temperature and grower care — we do not guarantee field yields.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) for HSN 1209 sowing seeds sold for planting.
• Seasonal lots may sell out during peak monsoon demand.
• Net weight and approximate seed counts follow standard horticultural tolerances.

4. Visitor accounts

Checkout requires a verified email account. Buyers must be 18+ or ordering with a guardian's consent.

5. Orders, rain-checks & payment

• An order is firm once prepaid payment clears or COD is accepted at checkout.
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes.
• COD pavilion orders include the shipping fee shown before you confirm.

6. Governing law

Indian law applies. Courts at our registered office in Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
