Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted for wrong product delivered, damaged items, or significant deviation from description. Request within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened seed packets where germination viability may be affected
• Products with signs of improper storage or use
• Items returned without original packaging or batch labels

3. Refund Process

Prepaid refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
