Returns & Refund Policy

1. When we review a return

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if you received the wrong variety, visibly crushed packets or items that differ materially from the listing. Include clear photos of the outer carton and packet labels.

2. Pavilion exclusions

• Opened foil sachets where moisture exposure may have reduced viability
• Packets stored in direct sun or damp conditions after receipt
• Returns missing batch stickers or original outer wrap

3. Refund timing

Approved prepaid refunds return to the original instrument within 7–10 business days. COD settlements are transferred by NEFT/IMPS within 7–10 business days after approval.
